Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later. If you are arriving earlier or later please notify our office by calling 407-273-8770 or toll free 1-877-377-6989. If you wish to arrive earlier than scheduled check in, there may be a surcharge depending on how early, length of stay and if the property is available. If you are a return guest this fee may be waived depending on the above statement.
If you are arriving after business hours (5:30 p.m.) you must call our office to arrange for check in services. Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc provides personal check in services up to 10:00 p.m. at no additional charge. After 10:00 p.m. there will be a charge of $20.00 per hour (not pro-rated).
Check out is 11:00 a.m. In most cases this time must be maintained so we can prepare the property for he next arrival. We appreciate your understanding and efforts!
